 15 days No Questions Asked Exchange or Return Policy

You can raise exchange and return requests within 15 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, we only ask that items must be unworn and unwashed in their original packaging with tag loops attached. In short - in a saleable condition. If returns are not received in a saleable condition in original packaging with all tags and tagloops, they will be sent back to the customer. We recommend recording unboxing videos for speedy resolution.

1 Free Exchange or Return
Every customer will be allowed 1 Free return for any reason that they may want to exchange or return the item (size, fit, do not like, etc.). Post that, all returns & and exchanges will be chargeable at a nominal fee of INR 200 to compensate for return shipping.

Every customer will not be allowed to return multiple products in their first return. Returning the second product from your order will be considered a second return and will be chargeable.

We will process your refund of the entire amount (for the first FREE return) to your original payment mode if the returned product passes the quality check at the warehouse within 48 hours.

If We’ve Fallen Short

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we request you to get in touch with us via email at or WhatsApp (+918999070650) within 48 hours. Please send clear pictures for us to confirm that it passes the criteria for a manufacturing defect. We will pick up the product for free and either replace the product or refund the entire order amount in the original payment mode. If defects or damages arise as a result of your handling, we will not be liable to offer an exchange/refund.


If an order is cancelled by the customer before shipping, we will refund the full amount to the original payment mode. If an order is cancelled by the customer after it has been shipped from the warehouse, we will deduct a nominal amount of Rs 200/- for forward shipping charges from the amount and refund the rest to the original payment mode once the product is received back by us.

To be eligible for replacement/return, the product must be unused and in the same state as received with all the original packaging and tags.
If the tags are removed/destroyed, the box is missing or the product has stains or scratches that cannot be fixed, we will consider it a used product, and hence we will not accept the return.
If the tag loops are cut or removed from the product, a return will NOT be accepted whatever may be the case.
If a product doesn't pass the quality check at the warehouse upon receipt, We will ship the damaged product back to you.

All items bought from our website can be returned for a credit discount coupon which can be used to buy anything from our website within a year. We reserve the right to offer a credit note refund to a customer if we see fit. The entire amount paid by the customer (minus the COD shipping if applicable) will be credited to the coupon code.

How to use the credit note
  • 7-10’ Credit Note can be applied on our website at the checkout page
  • On the checkout page, you must apply the credit note code in the 'HAVE A COUPON' section and click on 'APPLY'
  • The discount code will immediately be reflected and the amount will be deducted from the total as per your credit note amount given
