- 7-Day Free Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day free exchange on all COD and prepaid orders, starting from the date of delivery. If you wish to exchange your product, please reach out to our customer service within this period.- Refunds on Prepaid/COD Orders
For COD orders placed on our website, refunds will be issued in the form of a credit note. This credit note can be used for future purchases on our platform. For Prepaid orders, we offer easy 7-days refund window, from the time of delivery of the order- Convenience Charge for Prepaid Order Refunds
A convenience charge of Rs. 200 will be applied for refunds on prepaid orders. This charge covers the processing costs associated with your refund.- Return Notification & Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of its status and whether the refund has been approved through an email. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.- Exceptions Due to External Factors
Please note that return and exchange processing times may vary due to factors such as weekends, public holidays, festivals, courier strikes, or national holidays. We appreciate your understanding during these times.- Special Price and Store Credit Purchases
Items purchased during sale events or special prices(other than regular website discounts), or purchases made using store credits or gift cards, are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a fulfillment error (e.g., incorrect items shipped, damaged, or defective products).- Low-Value Items (Below Rs. 2000)
Products priced below Rs. 2000 are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.- Final Decision on Returns/Exchanges
Once a return or exchange request is rejected, it will not be reconsidered. Requests submitted via Instagram DM, email, or helpline after rejection will not be entertained.- Unboxing Video Requirement
To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, please record an unboxing video when you receive your order. This video is essential for verifying the condition of the product in case of returns or exchanges.
Full refund if canceled before shipping; INR 200 deducted if canceled after shipping.
