SHIPPING INFORMATION - INDIA

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders. 
  • COD orders will be charged INR 100.
  • 100% pincode coverage!
  • Once an order comes back in RTO (return to origin) to our warehouse, we won't be able to accept other COD orders from you. We will let you know when this situation arises and will give you a way to convert to prepaid. If not, we will, unfortunately, have to cancel the order.
  • We have the right to ask you to place a prepaid order or convert your COD order to prepaid for non-serviceable locations or locations which we know are hard to deliver to.
  • All COD orders are contacted by our customer service team for security purposes. 2 attempts will be made to confirm the order failing which, orders will be cancelled. (We suggest confirming your COD order on call for a smooth delivery experience). Also, a phone number is mandatory, so please make sure to provide the correct phone number while placing the order to have a smooth delivery experience.
  • The whole order amount including delivery charges (if any) will be refunded if the order is cancelled or lost in transit by us.
  • Our courier partners will make contact with the shipping number provided at the time of delivery. Please make sure to answer the call for smooth delivery. After 3 failed attempts to deliver your product, your order will be returned back to our warehouse.
  • Your 7-10 order will reach you within 3-10 working days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Delivery duration could vary due to external situations.
  • In case of delays in delivery, Kindly give us 24 hours to launch a conversation with the courier teams and get it resolved for you. They are not part of the 7-10 core team so please expect delays in responses.

  • For all other countries, we have tied up with the best international logistic partners to provide you with the most reliable and efficient service.

  • We accept all international credit and debit cards. Simply choose a credit card at the time of check out. This is the simplest way to complete your transaction.
  • Orders shipped outside of India may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.

No refunds or exchanges will be provided.

Out Of Stock:

If a product is out of stock, the product will either not appear on the site, or an “Out of Stock” notification will appear on the product detail page. Sometimes, however, the product appears to be available when you place your order, but in fact, may be out of stock/defective. If this happens, we will send you a mail at the earliest, informing you that we cannot fulfil your order. The order will be cancelled, and you will be refunded the entire order amount including any delivery charges for the same.

Cancellation policy

www.7-10.in reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.

Any cancellations on PREPAID orders initiated by 7-10 will result in a refund of the entire order amount.
